Vendor Information and Registration
Welcome to all of our wonderful vendors, current and future! We've put this page together to help keep you all informed about all of our vending events and to provide a resource where you will be able to download any necessary forms or find links to any of our online registrations. Eventually, we hope to add a "Frequently Asked Questions" (FAQ) section to help you with any questions you might have. In the mean time, if you do have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to contact our events coordinator, Teresa, at vending@nsvpa.org .
NSVPA has three great events that allow for vending. Below, you will see a listing for each event along with a description of the event and registration options. If you click on the title for each event, you will be taken to the individual event page. The event page will give the specific dates and times and all of the particulars about what will go on at the event. In addition to individual vendor registrations, there are also options to register for two events or all three events at once. By registering for multiple events, you will be able to save a little money! NOTE: To register online, you will need to get a password from our vendor coordinator. This is to ensure that we do not end up with too many vendors with the same type of merchandise.
Also, don't forget that there are sponsorship options just for merchants. Certain sponsorship packages come with vending benefits. To check out our sponsorship packages, just follow this link: Sponsorship Page
This is a one day Gypsy themed event that celebrates the "bohemian" nature that tends to permeate the general Pagan community. The event is normally held in March at the UU Church of the Shenandoah Valley (located just south of Stephens City - click here for directions). You can expect to find live music, vendors, workshops, drumming and dancing! Click the link above for exact dates, times and more specific details.
This is a small event and vendor registrations will be limited. To ensure you have a spot, register early!

NSVPA's Midsummer Festival is held on the fourth weekend of June. This is a four day long weekend event to celebrate the Summer Solstice at TLC Campground. This festival has definitely become a favorite for area Pagan folk. There will typically be two nights of great live music (usually featuring local favorite "Cassandra Syndrome"), always followed by late night drum circles around the bon fire. The days are filled with workshops, fun activities for kids (young and old!) and plenty of opportunities to shop in the vendor village! We've even been known to bring in some very special guests to speak at this event, so be sure to check the link above to find out about all the details regarding exact dates, times and who's gonna be there!
You don't want to miss out on vending at this event! Our vendors always leave this event with big smiles on their faces! Although, we're never sure if it's because they turned a decent profit or if they just had such a great time...maybe it's both!

NSPPD is one of many Pagan Pride events held internationally every year. It is directed at the general public in an effort to educate people about Pagan and Earth centered spirituality. At a minimum, Pagan Pride Project International requires each event to hold some form of public worship and to collect non-perishable foods for a local non-Pagan food bank. We hold our PPD event in September and have been doing so since 2004. We typically host two public rituals - a short opening rite and a more formal main rite, at the end of the day - and gather food for the Lord Fairfax Area Branch of the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. Additionally, we bring in vendors and live music. We also present a number of workshops and lectures that try to focus on Paganism for non-Pagans, new Pagans or "seekers." Click the link above for more information.
PPD is a great way to close out the vending season. If you were a vendor at Midsummer and you were not able to take advantage of the dual registration savings, talk to our vendor coordinator and she will hook you up with the password to register as a returning vendor from Midsummer. This password will allow you to follow the link below to get a $5 discount!
